Andrew is a Solicitor of England & Wales specialising in shipping, marine insurance and international trade disputes.
Before entering private practice, Andrew spent five years with an International Group P&I Club in London, handling a broad range of marine liability and FD&D matters, including cargo, casualty, pollution and commercial disputes across multiple jurisdictions.
He subsequently practised with leading specialist shipping and international trade firms in the City of London, advising shipowners, charterers, cargo interests, insurers, P&I Clubs, oil majors and international shipping operators before the English Courts and London arbitration tribunals.
Andrew has particular expertise in English law, charterparties, carriage of goods by sea, bills of lading, marine insurance and commercial shipping disputes. He has been involved in several significant English law proceedings concerning The Ocean Victory, The Tai Prize, and The Eternal Bliss, acting for parties in those cases.
Andrew collaborates with Camera & Partners as of Counsel on selected English law shipping, marine insurance and international trade matters.
