Martina is an Italian lawyer specialising in marine insurance, yachting and cargo matters.
She graduated in Law from the University of Genoa in 2012, spending part of her academic studies at University College London. She completed her legal training at a civil law firm before qualifying as a lawyer in 2016.
Throughout her career, Martina has focused exclusively on the maritime sector, advising insurers, shipowners, charterers, cargo interests and yacht owners on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Her practice includes yacht claims, sale and purchase transactions, and marine insurance matters, marine casualties, as well as the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, cargo and transport disputes and charterparties.
She is a member of the Italian Maritime Law Association (AIDIM) and holds both a Diploma in Air Cargo Claims awarded by the University of Verona and an Advanced Certificate in Managing Sanctions Risk issued by the International Compliance Association (ICA).
